About
I'm Justin Caron. Leo Bay is a boutique advisory firm, built on the principles I have learned through trial and error over the last 20 years. No team, no layers, no account managers. You work directly with me.
I built The Algo in 2019 to solve a personal problem, closing the gap between institutional-grade research and everyday investors. It grew into a platform trusted by over 10,000 retail investors, powered by a social following of 225,000 and 15 million YouTube views.
